Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Operations/Production Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of experts to optimize well production. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package and LTI.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of production data and provide regular reports to management.
• Manage artificial lift systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Monitor well performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in the development of new projects and help to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct well tests and analyze data to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement production strategies to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Work closely with the production team to optimize well performance and increase production rates.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems and well-monitoring techniques.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• 1-3 years of experience in production engineering, with an E&P company.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
