Operations Trainer Jobs

Overview
The Operations Trainer is primarily responsible for responding to operational needs by identifying skill gaps and providing training to bridge those gaps to increase revenue and production. The individual will analyze KPIs and other data to identify top opportunities within a division, region, or group of offices and conduct needs analysis to build training framework in response to business needs. Additionally, the trainer will track success measures through data comparison and report results and business impact to key stakeholders and leadership.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of key learning design concepts such as outcomes-based curriculum development, and competency-based programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with course development using e-learning authoring tools, such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and other multimedia programs
• Travel may be required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing statistics to prove business impact
• Demonstrated knowledge of building a training framework to impact operations/KPIs/ROI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Power-Point, Publisher, and Excel
• Proficiency in training facilitation and presentation (in person and virtual)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Training Development, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• At least two years’ experience designing and delivering Instructor Led and online training for adult learners with a focus/interest in showcasing ROI, business impact and data analysis.
