Job Description

The Opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is currently searching for an Operations Manager to join our team to Manage the day-to-day premium operations of Patina’s partnership with the PGA. You’re a trusted leader, able to build and maintain effective working relationships with great care and responsibility, and will collaborate with your peers to increase operational efficiency within the team and for our client. This is a remote position with extensive travel.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $71900 - $95300 / year

Responsibilities

  • Managing concession operations with a strong focus on client and guest satisfaction. Assist in all scheduling, supervision and creating a positive working environment of all concession areas and team members.
  • Maintain constant communication with senior management and client to ensure proper operations of the team.
  • Communicate and assist other team members and departments when needed.
  • Collaborate with all department managers to facilitate accurate and timely operations of PGA of America Championships.
  • Research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies that elevate service standards and accountability of staff. Coordinate health department, alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Manage and prioritize operational tasks including but not limited to the development and execution of build and production schedules, logistics, and distribution as well as overseeing multiple areas and delegating to team members simultaneously.
  • Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
  • Maintain positive client relations and develop and manage all vendor relationships.


Qualifications

  • Experience effectively leading a team is required.
  • Ability to manage their own time as well as the time of others.
  • Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest service.
  • Must be able to manage frequent change and be a problem solver.
  • Strong food knowledge with a variety of menus and previous experience supervising service personnel required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or catering environment.
