The Territory Manager, Food and Beverage - Northeastern US position will be supporting our Process Filtration business focused on Food and Beverage manufacturers within a seven-state region (including NY, MA, CT, RI, VT, ME, and NH). This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter with previous industry-relevant sales experience, ideally in the food and beverage manufacturing space. This is a remote-based position and the proper candidate must live within the territory.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Direct end-users
  • Developing and maintaining opportunity funnel within Microsoft CRM
  • Collaborating with our field sales and inside sales team to cultivate and share leads
  • Train distributors and end users to maximize potential sales of Donaldson products
  • Expanding customer base through networking, lead follow-up and conversion
  • Growing sales within assigned territory
    • Direct end-users
    • Recruit and accelerate sales with distributor partners
    • Train distributors and end users to maximize potential sales of Donaldson products

  • Developing and executing a strategic territory plan to grow revenue and profitability
  • Identify and grow process filtration business with food and beverage equipment manufacturers (OEM), engineering firms, and strategic end-users
TRAVEL: Up to 60% within the region
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build solid relationships
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Previous Food & Beverage manufacturing experience
  • Follow-up and attention to detail
