Roles And Responsibilities

• Maximize raw material usage to minimize scrap.
• Promote and demonstrate a safe work environment (complying with EPA/OSHA regulations)
• All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
• Understands the organization’s financial processes to prepare, justify and administer the annual operating plan
• Responsible for expense management and financial performance of plant operation
• Develop and maintain internal and external customers providing best in class customer service
• Management of production uptime for maximum equipment utilization

Position Requirements

• Well-developed interpersonal skills; the ability to establish trust and remain flexible in style and approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong diagnostic, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Understands how to lead change within dynamic environments
• 7+ year’s progressively responsible experience as an operations leader, with specific experience in lean manufacturing, asset utilization, data analysis, and team development
• Ability to manage and thrive within ambiguity – in an extremely fast paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Industrial Distribution, Engineering or related discipline
