Job Description

LHH is looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our clients operations in St. Augustine, FL. The operations manager role will be to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties will include manage and mentoring the area managers in Screen Printing, Laser Engraving, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Customer Service departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
  • Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
  • Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
  • Assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits
  • Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
  • "Hands-on" Experience in a textile company
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years related experience
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting



Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 plus bonus

Location: Saint Augustine area

Schedule: Onsite Monday - Friday
