Wage: $10 - $12 an hour (Weekly Pay)

How You Will Spend Your Days as an Operations Lead:

• Unloads or oversees the unloading and storage of incoming merchandise. Ensures that the merchandise received matches orders
• Assist with facility maintenance
• Coordinate and document all fleet maintenance in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Effectively schedule, supervise, and direct drivers and yard personnel, ensuring excellent customer service and performance
• Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relations with customers, personnel, and with management

Operations Lead Requirements

• Experience. 2 years of experience supervising workers and work groups in a related work environment, i.e. warehouse, lumber yard, etc.
• Physical demands. Standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending or stooping, regularly lifting 50 pounds or more on occasion
• Special skills. Ability to develop, promote and maintain good customer relations. Ability to maintain good housekeeping and safe working environment. Must have a good understanding of safety procedures. Excellent communication skills.
