Job Description
Vaco is hiring for an Operations Director located in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Purpose:
  • Manage operationally a large and growing portfolio of contracts and customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CFO in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans, specifically to scale the operations in line with company's growth plans
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
  • Lead the delivery of installation projects and long-term maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, cost control, quality control and customer satisfaction

  • Supply chain management
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong customer management experience
  • Site Electrical Installation and Maintenance background
  • Supply chain management and co-ordination to meet Installation program objectives
  • Project management of multi-site rollout programs
  • Scaling operations teams to support growth plans
  • Experience of lighting is ideal but not essential
  • OSHA accredited
