- Diversify and grow the revenue base and ensure viable options are in place for the long term
- Manage & develop relationships with new strategic accounts to win & grow LTL business across the RXO network
- Establish and ensure operational implementation and compliance with processes and procedures for handling the freight product
- Direct and manage the sales & operations teams for LTL solutions
- Assist Sales in developing new customers in the market and onboarding those customers to operations
- Maintain strategic relationships with appropriate vendors, including pricing and service standards; coordinate with the vendor base to ensure strategic compliance with RXO goals and objectives
- 7 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Success in growing LTL services with manufacturers in the industrial, automotive, technology, chemical and consumer packaged goods industries in the U.S.
- 5 years of LTL sales or operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
