Job Description
Job Responsibilities


Process prospective student applications and associated credentials in the College's CRM system. Evaluate official secondary and post-secondary transcripts and apply College admission criteria in determining an admission decision for the applicant. Provide general college information and communicate the admission process to interested prospects and applicants via telephone calls, electronic communications, office visits, and various written requests. Advises applicants via coordinated and automated communications regarding college services and program admission. Serves as primary back up to Operations Data Coordinator. Provide comprehensive, one-on-one, admissions and enrollment services to applicants to the College using results from placement, assessment, and career interest testing. Advises faculty and staff of policies and procedures and monitors student progress toward completion. Manage the Admissions Hotline and provide technical and admissions assistance to students, parents, school counselors, faculty and staff. Follows-up with prospective students in all phases of enrollment process. Conducts follow up communication through all communication media (phone, email, chat, walk-ins, tours and recruitment events) with prospects, applicants and newly admitted students; working with prospective students to assist in selecting the program of study that best fits their educational needs and professional goals. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of program requirements and communicates relevant information to departmental staff as well as other enrollment services areas and academic departments. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum And Additional Requirements


Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years related experience in student services programs.
