The Robbie Breaux Team is a residential Real Estate group in the Lafayette area. We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our real estate team as a Real Estate Operations Coordinator. This role combines the responsibilities of an Office Administrator, Marketing Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator to effectively manage various aspects of our real estate operations. We will provide on the job training & encourage the candidate to obtain their real estate license. The candidate will be mentored by one of the top producing Realtors in Acadiana.


Responsibilities:


Office Administration:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and partners.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, events, and team meetings.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations for the real estate team.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.


Marketing Coordination:

  • Coordinate the creation of property listings, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Manage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Plan & execute team marketing events.
  • Analyze marketing data and provide insights to enhance marketing efforts.


Transaction Coordination:

  • Monitor transaction timelines and follow up on necessary tasks.
  • Handle out of office appointments & showings.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions.
  • Assist in the management of real estate transactions from listing to closing.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Available some nights and weekends.
  • Obtain real estate license upon hire.
  • Capable of learning real estate software and tools.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
