Position Summary


As directed by Senior Manager, SSR Operations - GOM, coordinate the personnel allocation/utilization as required to support the specific job activities. Assist in managing the overall field support staff with the SSR Operations Managers.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Partnering with Global Mobility, ensures field personnel have a clear and effective journey management plan, managing the journey stages along the way and reacting in a timely manner to any variations.
  • Assists Operations Managers with allocating personnel as required to man all Subsea Robotics and OPG offshore activities outside of the day-to-day activities.
  • Assists Operations Managers in evaluations of the field support staff.
  • Organizes teams in support of operational excellence ini tiatives as directed by Operations Managers .
  • Participates in all HSE, Quality and Operational Excellence initiatives .
  • Coordinates with training to identify all offshore personnel training, regulatory compliance, and competency.


Required


Qualifications


  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Three ( 3 ) years oilfield experience to include at least one year of personnel logistics experience.


DESIRED


  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor or Arts Degree

WORKING CONDITIONS


This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.


  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace.
  • Work surface is stable (flat).
  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
