Field Logistics Coordinator Jobs

• Reports potentials issues regarding site readiness to the LPM and IPM.
• Conduct periodic checks of storage locations and package conditions.
• Maintaining accurate and complete records of incoming material and equipment.
• Assists in confirmation and resolution of OS&D identified by the customer or EPC.
• Help recommend customer for the readiness of cargo receiving with type of storage areas requirements.
• Mitigates site issues through documentation and communication between Contractor and Customer / EPC.
• Recommends Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities to the project team.
• Validate OS&D (Over / Shortage & Damages) during OCI’s, if applicable.
• Provide detail packing list as required for OCI’s.
• Verifying arrival of cargo (cases) material to project site and in WMSA.
• Reporting of “OS&D report” and maintain OS&D Log and tracking / recovery of OS&D material.
• Early Deployment to coincide with arrival of major equipment Per LPM
• Recommendation of proper unloading method use for different modules and proper stacking of cargo per ML level.
• Tracking material from port and/or airport to project site, if applicable.
• Tracking material from vendors to the project site, if applicable.
• Visual inspection of cargo upon arrival of cargo at the project site.
