Operations Automation Lead Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or business management or

Create and manage design submittals, RFI’s and change orders

Work with the Quality Control manager to create, review and edit required quality control documents

Manage designers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure required design & installation information (is provided correctly and on-time.

Review subcontractor & engineering performance and provide feedback to the Project Manager.

3+ years working experience in HVAC or building controls.

Hands-on experience in API testing

Hands-on experience working on test automation frameworks design & Implementation, development and execution of test scripts

Prior experience working in the healthcare care domain

Ability to analyze business requirements

Good experience in reviewing Test Reports and Preparing Test Summary Reports.

Good experience in the preparation of test scenarios/cases/execution and test results

Exemplary planning and time management skills.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an executive support, operations, and administrative work experience reporting directly to senior management.

Build and manage efficient workflows using no-code automations tools.

Develop and manage efficient filing systems and records.

Proven experience as an operations automation lead, executive administrative assistant, or other similar support position.

Impeccable writing & editing skills.
