About Stay in the Game

Stay In The Game is working to solve an important social need to see educated and motivated women more adequately represented in the corporate world. By offering flexible and remote work options, women with extensive experience and advanced degrees no longer have to struggle to re-enter the workforce because of employment gaps on resumes. Stay In The Game’s strategic objective is to employ, empower and support women who have been out of the workforce.


We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Operation's Assistant. The operations assistant's responsibilities include reporting directly to the Director and fulfilling the Director’s duties in their absence. You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents.

To be successful as an operations assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities for Operations Assistant

• Work closely with the operations director to oversee daily business operations

• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the remote office

• Work with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency

• Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments

• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and contractors

• Attending meetings as assigned and taking proper meeting minutes

• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations


Qualifications for Operations Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

• Experience as an operations manager or operations assistant preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications

• An eye for attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
