The Operations Assistant provides financial, HR, and administrative support in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and a safe and operational environment for the staff. Candidates need to enjoy variety in their day-to-day schedule in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative agency setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently with little supervision are imperative.
- Processes biweekly payroll and benefit transmittal to PEO.
- Assists with internship program as needed.
- Maintains digital client legal documentation.
- Provides routine accounts payable and bookkeeping support.
- Cross-trains with traffic manager to provide limited backup when needed.
- Coordinates mail, deliveries, supply orders, and equipment inventory.
- Liaison with office and technology suppliers and providers.
- Actively participates in the planning and execution of company events, employee recognition, in-house professional development, and quarterly training sessions.
- Weekly bank deposits.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Suite, and Quickbooks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, positive attitude, and motivated to learn
- Related degree, certifications, and/or experience in bookkeeping preferred
- . Proven business administration skills; administrative, office, or departmental management a plus
- Knowledge of project management software a bonus
- Strong time management stills, including experience working independently and remotely
