Lead category management projects and store resets with vendor partners to support retail strategies.

Develop and oversee guest services and reputation management programs.

Previous experience and knowledge of a retail environment.

Manage vendor and retail supplier relations.

Manage brand identity and brand design development.

2 years of similar experience preferred.

Track record of exercising stakeholder management and influence across cross-functional internal teams / external partners

Manage product portfolio by actively leading new product launches, demand forecasting, and marketing budget

Experience working at a startup

Minimum 3 years of relevant Brand Marketing experience, preferably within the lifestyle/consumer goods industry.

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with an action-oriented, resourceful, and energetic outlook to bring activations to life

3-4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the marketing or creative industry.

Management of day-to-day projects assigned to the North America brand team.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or related field.

Familiarity with Adobe Suites, Figma, Wrike, CrossCap, or other project management and CMS tools.

Manage and facilitate cross-functional creative review meetings, capturing feedback, approvals, and next steps.

Be the liaison between cross-functional business partners and the creative, marketing, editorial, and store experience teams.

Previous management experience (bonus points for salon or gym experience)

Instagram + TikTok experience is a plus!

Ensure a standard of excellence grounded in top-notch customer service

Foster meaningful relationships with both employees and members

Be an expert on operational procedures and policies and proactively identify opportunities for growth
