HEAD OF INDUSTRY - FINANCIAL SERVICES & INSURANCE
Mission:
The Americas Industry Leader is the key senior executive accountable for the growth of their industry. This role holder builds the client leadership teams and with Finance the financial targets by account. They build and manage region-specific Industry go-to-market strategy to secure profitable and sustainable growth in the short and long term along with, focusing on securing new accounts and new logos. With deep Industry expertise, the role holder builds and leads an ecosystem of clients and partners to drive customer centricity, innovation, demand, delivery excellence and positions organization as a digital transformation partner for this Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities, lead accounts management and monitor performance
  • Assume P&L responsibility for their Industry in the RBU with support of the Account leadership (CEP/CDE) & BusDev teams
  • Drive sales planning by account and implement account=specific sales strategy
  • Govern all dimensions of Industry accounts with support of Account Leadership team (CEP/CDE): account planning, quality in service and program delivery and arbitration on key decisions/escalations
  • Develop a sustainable and profitable Industry growth strategy by :
  • Develop relationships with key client execs, positioning Eviden as a thought leader and key innovative business partner within RBU
– Implementing Industry roadmap
– Expand penetration at existing accounts, lead client leadership teams to the book of business at their account across all business lines increasing Eviden’s share of wallet upselling and cross selling
– Lead business development teams to close new and large deals
– Land new logo account and development campaigns to identify potential targets
  • Attract, reskill and retain talent with Industry knowledge and expertise, technology skills and critical competencies
  • Build Industry-specific knowledge and offering expertise to bring end-to-end digital transformation solutions to our clients
  • Contribute to the development of Industry-specific solution portfolio
  • Review performance of CEP/CP and Business Development teams
  • Lead change to strengthen customer centricity, motivating teams to achieve success
  • Leverage Eviden’s and Partners’ connections and knowledge to find and qualify new opportunities
  • Understand and anticipate future clients needs and market trends to define new Industry-specific solutions
  • Prospect for new clients based on a defined strategy
  • Work collaboratively with Business Lines to deliver client value effectively and cost efficiently to meet commitments to Eviden
