Managed Accounting Services Associate Jobs

Partner with the Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Digital and Technology teams to execute projects

Help to work through marketing opportunities and support distribution teams with training and product knowledge.

Monitors and evaluates product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.

Identifies product/service features to be changed in order to meet customer needs.

Liaises with other areas within products organization to implement changes.

Adapts plans to improve the sales performance of annuity products/services.

1 year of administrative support experience directly involving scheduling or project management

Assist with workflow management, workflow tracking, and project assignments.

Have a basic understanding and experience with excel

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience managing a fully remote/distributed team

Ensure clients transition smoothly to their Account Manager/Accounting Services Team. (15% of the time)

Kruze’s own corporate accounting/finance. That’s handled by our CFO/Corporate Finance Department.

Bachelor’s Degree required in related field (Accounting, Finance, etc.)

5+ years of full-time experience in full close-cycle accounting

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively and professionally communicate with clients

Passion for helping clients and making sure their accounting systems are producing accurate information to help management run their businesses

Assisting new businesses with local and federal registration requirements

Experience doing similar work for a CPA firm or in industry

Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions

Knowledge of CS Accounting (Creative Solutions)

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Knowledge of accounting, finance, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Demonstrated leadership, team building and organizational management to cultivate relationships.

7-10+ years of relevant accounting experience.

5+ years of experience coaching and managing a staff of direct reports.

Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve and make decisions.

Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.

Manages the vendor self-service (VSS in Munis) module for the accounts payable function.

Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned Finance personnel.
