Onsite Health Coach-Wellness Jobs

The Health Coach provides lifestyle and condition management coaching to district employees and serves as an educator, coordinator and developer for wellbeing initiatives available to employees. Responsible for continuously promoting workplace wellbeing programs directly to employees of Hillsborough County Public Schools. This position is hybrid working alongside plan sponsor’s Employee Benefits & Insurance department with travel throughout Hillsborough County.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a certified as a registered dietitian with a minimum of three years professional, clinical experience.
• Knowledge and experience in health risk assessments, lifestyle risk reduction, disease management and health promotion required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in personal training (i.e. ACSM Exercise Specialist,) fitness instruction.

Education
Bachelors degree in Public Health or similar or equivalent experience in related field
