Job Description
The wellness program coordinator promotes preventive health, healthy lifestyle and behavior changes to address prevalent health risk factors for the plan sponsor's population health dashboard; responsible for driving consistent wellbeing program development, guidelines and delivery to plan sponsors with diverse employee populations. This position is hybrid working alongside plan sponsor’s Employee Benefits & Insurance department with travel throughout Hillsborough County.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • Bring personal energy and charisma to increase engagement in wellbeing
  • Demonstrate positive outgoing personality, meet customer where they are on their journey to wellbeing.
  • Must be organized, detailed, consistent, hold themselves and others accountable to reasonably meet customer's expectations.
  • Display genuine focus on building trusting relationships and rapport with customers, internal partners and external vendors including wellbeing service providers.
  • Experience encouraging healthy lifestyle behavior changes in wellbeing areas including nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress management, tobacco cessation.
  • Proactive to go the extra mile to deliver on commitments.
  • Willing to seek and maintain wellness-based certifications, such as those provided by NWI, WELCOA or other health and wellness certified organizations.
  • Must live in Tampa or within commutable distance to customer worksite locations.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills; advanced technical skills using PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
