Options for Youth is a free, year-round public charter school that works alongside its students to design individualized learning plans. We work to effectively meet their unique academic, social-emotional, and scheduling needs through a blended teaching model, utilizing one-on-one instruction and tutoring, independent study, online learning, small group classes, cultural immersion, and hands-on activities to prepare our students for success.

The primary goal of this position is primarily responsible for delivering our educational program to ensure data-driven, results-based instruction for students in the implementation of the Common Core Standards.
