Online Banking Detection - Operations Section Manager (Remote)

Job Brief:

Reporting to the Ops Sr Department Manager, the Online Banking / Voice Detection Manager will be responsible for managing a team accountable for a diverse set of fraud detection functions. This includes alerts associated with wire transfers, ACH, external transfers, bill pay, Zelle and suspicious phone calls. Requires attention to detail and critical thinking to make sound decisions, prevent, manage, and reduce fraud losses. Accountable for managing risk through the implementation of quality procedures and controls. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of teams that complete alerts in Actimize, IBM Safer Payments and Pindrop, ensuring that work is completed accurately and within each defined SLA. Responsible for hiring diverse teammates; build and lead a high performing team, including mentoring and coaching. Able to support teammates across multiple locations. Successfully lead change. Proactively understand risk and implement and/or test procedural controls to ensure compliance with government regulations, including REG CC and bank policies. Implements project or continuous improvement initiatives that tie to strategic objectives. Execute human capital decisions and projects to achieve the financial goals of the division.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
