Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and flexible on-demand HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our service delivery team. The on-demand HRBP will provide HR support and guidance to clients on a project basis or as needed, ensuring that their HR needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This is a part-time position, up to 10 hours a week.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
  • Provide HR expertise and support to clients on an as-needed basis, addressing their specific HR challenges and needs.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with client goals.
  • Stay current on HR best practices, industry trends, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Assist clients with performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with their business objectives.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations issues, promoting a positive work environment.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing client needs and project scopes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering or consulting.
