The Employment Coordinator will partner directly with Talent Acquisition, candidates, and department managers to facilitate and support the recruiting/onboarding process. The Coordinator will help with the coordination and scheduling of interviews and handle the logistics of the interview process. Additionally, they will oversee onboarding activities for new employees entering the company and internal transfers. Lastly, the Talent Coordinator will manage third-party employment vendor relationships.
Essential Job Functions
- Supports retrieving data and analytics surrounding Talent key performance indicators, anticipating the data needs of the team
- Handles Talent Acquisition initiatives and programs including the employee referral program (tracking and processing referral bonuses)
- Acts as point of contact for candidates regarding Applicant Tracking System (ATS), post-offer onboarding, I-9 verifications, and day one itinerary
- Completes onboarding process for all new hires to include background screening and pre-employment testing
- Plans and executes interview days with tasks like creating schedules, procuring space, confirming travel, creating packets, and greeting candidates
- Takes part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the Talent Acquisition function
- Supports a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with interview scheduling/travel and new employee/transferee onboarding
Qualifications
- Strong desire to interact with the people and make our candidate experience world-class
- Experience with pulling detailed reports and analyzing data for accuracy and next-step actions
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work through challenges and delays and potential problems
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders in the interview process
- Experience providing a stellar candidate and stake hold experience
- Team player, detail-oriented, work independently, ability to deal with change, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with several moving priorities in different stages
- Extensive experience using MS Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Must be able to multi-task and handle changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Talent Acquisition team initiatives
- Experience using an ATS
- Experience reviewing background reports for compliance and performing onboarding and background duties
- Experience pulling and analyzing detail reports for accuracy and next step actions
- Managing external vendor relationships
