Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Location: Remote (USA). Lionize has NYC office space, but in-person not required.

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and its applications in order to develop and execute onboarding strategies that drive successful client adoption.

Acts as point of contact for candidates regarding Applicant Tracking System (ATS), post-offer onboarding, I-9 verifications, and day one itinerary

Experience providing a stellar candidate and stake hold experience

Extensive experience using MS Office Suite with emphasis on Outlook and Excel

Experience with pulling detailed reports and analyzing data for accuracy and next-step actions

Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism

*Not all Onboarding Administrators will be expected to do all job responsibilities mentioned (required to do some).

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Thorough understanding and knowledge of onboarding documents within the 9/11 intake kit packets and WTCHP enrollment forms

General knowledge of industry’s legal rules and claim filing guidelines related to the VCF & WTCHP

Working knowledge of data analysis, data processing, and data reporting

Responsible for account ownership and communication with 150+ clients (outstanding kit accounts)

Collect and verify all documentation for new hire candidate is compliant with international and local requirements.

Ensure new hire status is accurately reflected in the applicant tracking system and information is transferred to the scheduling system.

Maintains the applicant tracking system with appropriate updates of candidate status communicated by the new hire, hiring partner, scheduling etc.

Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

Maintains high ethics and values in the workplace.

Ice breaker to test retention & effectiveness of new hire orientation topics with new employees.

Develop a tracking tool to capture all variety of help chain connections from new employees’ interactions.

Coordinates between all departments SPA’s gathered items & follow up closure of items.

Present summarized reports & recommendations to Plant leadership on regular basis for all new hires follow up.

Provide exceptional service and go above and beyond to ensure new hires are fully satisfied with their onboarding experience

Some experience facilitating large in-person training

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Partnering with onboarding coordinator to handle all logistical details prior to associate arrival

Have a full understanding of associate onboarding training tools

Fully versed on Lennar culture and values to get each new hire well educated on the company
