Payment Onboarding manager
Are you ready to face the challenge in our GT payments department?
As an onboarding manager you will be taking care of the paperwork connected with the onboarding of new merchants and payment providers, maintaining documentation of the current merchants / providers, engaging in communication with different company’s departments such as payments business development, finance and legal teams.
All you need is:
- Professional experience in FinTech, IT or eCommerce;
- Ability to forecast workloads & plan for change;
- English – upper intermediate level is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment – confident, motivated & dynamic;
- Firm understanding of Microsoft Tools/Google sheets;
- Understanding of AML/KYC procedures;
- Utilise your experience of onboarding policies and processes to ensure resolve issues, concerns, or escalations;
Your daily adventures will look like:
- Collaborate with the business development team to secure proper documentation needed for merchant / provider onboarding;
- Execute and manage agreements for merchants / from providers according to the terms offered / accepted by the business development team;
- Process applications, including AML, KYC and account setup processes in a timely manner and submit to leadership for approval decisions;
- Prioritise workload in order to provide an efficient experience to our merchants /providers;
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Document all work in the merchant / provider file, noting any concerns or points of emphasis;
- Knowledge of product terms in order to properly communicate when necessary;
- Update the appropriate merchant / provider files, upon the request, to ensure proper documentation of activity;
- Accurately perform the merchant / provider setup process to ensure proper settings for each partner;
