Job Title: Office Technology Consultant (B2B Sales)

provide a full line of Xerox and Kyocera products and services, a portfolio of cloud-based document
management software, interactive displays, and specialty printers. We take our reputation seriously and are

Main Job Responsibilities/Focus
  • Maintain monthly sales quota
  • Developing new customer relationships via cold-calling (telemarketing and in-person), leads, and referrals
  • Maintain current customer base through quarterly customer reviews and updates on new offerings
  • Set follow-up tasks to ensure consistent customer communication
  • Update customer information in CRM to reflect current contact and activity information
  • Follow-through via proposals, presentations, and meetings with key decision makers.
  • Prepare sales paperwork for customer approval/signature and provide to Operations team
Key Traits for Success
• Ambitious and competitive with a desire to win
  • Previous industry experience in the Document Management field
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Good driving record and reliable transportation
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
