Would you like to be the first face of an established and respected healthcare company in Hingham? We are seeking a bright, pleasant and professional secretary for our client! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to ad valuable office experience to their resume, and who is looking to join a growing team at their beautiful Hingham office.


Duties


// Greet and check-in visitors; ensure appropriate escorts are provided for guests, and ensure all employees are properly logged in the guestbook


// Route incoming phone calls to destination; check messages, if necessary, and direct to proper employee.


// Update Receptionist Manual


// Update and distribute office phone list as needed.


// Monitor and maintain the appearance of reception area and lobby


Qualifications And Requirements


// Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions professionally, calmly, and politely


// Access to a car on a daily basis


// Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
