Job Description
Bulldog Gaming is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide skill games, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.


Summary


The Office Coordinator/Processor carries out various responsibilities in Gaming, including filing, preparing business correspondence, and calculating figures. Additionally, the Office Coordinator/Processor should be customer service minded, juggle simultaneous tasks, and adjust to change daily. Looking for someone who is experienced in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Salesforce. Handle customer service issues, oversee scheduling for hostess and trainer positions. Assist with deposits from weekly couriers, receive and sign all deliveries and assist with organization of warehouse as needed.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT


  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including use of a keyboard
  • Analyze financial data and calculate figures and amounts
  • Occasionally required to lift/push weights less than 25 pounds
  • Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus
  • The noise level in the work environment usually is quiet
