Job Description
The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact and serves as a helpful and attentive resource for all employees and visitors. The Office Coordinator ensures that all visitors are welcomed and hosted, and all procedures are always adhered to. They are responsible for keeping an organized and efficient Office and overseeing the office space.


  • Schedule catering orders and coordinate event planning Order and stock office supplies
  • Serve as the primary coverage for all incoming phone calls and transfer to the correct department or employee
  • Articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Ownership of the Front Office Manage office operations tasks, including office upkeep, kitchen spaces (i.e. appearance and product), conference rooms maintenance, equipment maintenance assistance, and office supply inventory
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrate professional and courteous manners with internal and external customers across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to effectively multi-task with a keen attention to detail
  • Support the coordination of internal events and scheduling of all conference rooms Provide administrative and operational support for special projects at all levels of the organization
  • Escalate concerns/suggestions to appropriate management, as necessary
  • Serve as point of contact for office service matters, facility inquiries, office supply requests, etc.
  • Impeccable professionalism and courtesy when providing administrative support to employees and clients
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Strong critical thinker with a thorough methodology toward problem-solving to achieve effective results and solutions
  • Demonstrate initiative and prioritization when managing tasks
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s Degree, highly preferred
  • Intermediate level working knowledge with MS Office Suite (Specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ensure the timely and efficient distribution of incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
