Office Assistant/ Customer Service Representative

Appliance Pro Inc, Schererville, IN. We are a family owned and operated residential and light commercial Appliance and Refrigeration Repair company, providing quality & honest in-home services. We are looking for an office assistant/ customer service representative to help with customers.

This Candidate Responsibilities Will Include

• Answering basic technical questions (we will train you for this).
• Scheduling and dispatching service calls to Technicians.
• Check-In Parts Orders (we will train for this).

Skills/Requirements

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Knowledge of appliances is a plus but not a requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively prioritize work tasks and maintain focus.
• Self motivated

This position is Monday-Thursday, from 8:30am to 5:00PM, Friday 8:30 - 4:30p. Saturday 9-1pm available for overtime pay. We offer health benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation & sick time, as well as a 401K plan with a company match.

Pay is based on experience. ($18.50 - $23.50 Per Hour)
