Position Summary:

We are looking to hire a candidate who is inspired by the transformation happening with the latest advancements in 3D printing and wants to be part of this movement.Candidates must have prior experience to hit the ground running. This individual would be responsible for coordinating logistics, keeping inventory, and maintaining smooth operation of the facility.Familiarity with 3D printing and related products and printing procedures is preferred but not required.A successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and team-oriented disposition. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or similar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly proficient with MS Office
• Product and inventory management certification a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities

• Manages schedules of deliveries and shipments to optimize operations
• Create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management
• Correspond with clients, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency
• Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs
• Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments
• Serve as point of contact with office vendors to keep the office running smoothly on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures
• Maintain office supplies inventory and restock as needed
• Oversee the entire process of a shipment, from acquisition to delivery
• Design and implement office policies to ensure safety and cleanliness of the environment
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics
• Plan and execute company events and meetings that encourage team bonding, culture diffusion and ongoing organizational learning and development
• Collaborate with Head of HR and offer support in personnel issues
