Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team in the FS9 Tactical division. As a Full Time Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the entire logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements in logistics processes and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, streamline processes, and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services and adherence to service level agreements.
• Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to drive a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or a similar role, preferably in the tactical industry.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in logistics operations.
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.
