Office Administrator Jobs

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this Full Time role, the Office Administrator will provide general office administration for busy south shore landscape construction company.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist all departments with IT related issues
• Assist walk-in clients with account issues, landscaping service and/or supplies as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, vendors and LJM employees
• Use landscape management software to create/modify service calls, materials, contracts, and ad hoc reports
• Support General Manager and Operations Manager with administrative duties as assigned.
• Provide back-up to Accounting Department as needed

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to handle matters confidentially with accurate filing and maintenance of documents
• Ability to work both independently and in a group.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration with increasing responsibility
