Job Description

As the Office Assistant, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Site Administrator, and office and clinical teams to contribute to that mission. These passionate team members will depend on you to organize and support the agency's office and clerical functions and to be a reliable go-to problem solver.
On an average day, you will
  • Answer phones and greet office guests
  • Support leaders with onboarding, orientation, and on-going training & development for clinical and administrative team members
  • And perform additional, related duties as needed

  • Have at least 1 year of administrative support experience work experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospice industry
