Additional Responsibilities:
The OFRO Tax Team members responsibilities include evaluation of business, regulatory and tax technical risk associated with tax technology. Evaluation of Workflow/Visualization, Robotic Process Automation and Natural Language Processing Software Tools. Evaluation, design and continued monitoring of data security controls. Research of OFRO Tax risk policy and guidance related to regulatory and risk matters. Involvement with Engagement Acceptance, Contracting and the OFRO Tax Review Programs.

- Planning an execution of application development work-plan;
- Working with IT and Application Development professionals in the Regulatory and Business risk analysis of application development or acquisition;
- Evaluating adequacy of Quality Acceptance and User Acceptance testing; and,
- Producing and delivering verbal and written content and communications, with an attention toward business writing and grammatical correctness, to senior executives and internal and external clients.
Demonstrates thorough level of, and/or a proven record of success serving in a:
- Client service role or risk management support role that emphasizes project management with quality and risk management issues that include the following: day-to-day contracting matters, regulatory developments, new idea flow, engagement execution questions, review/oversight, and related functions; and,
- Tax client service or risk management support role that leverages a broad array of tax issues encountered by our clients in day-to-day business, across various industries;
- Professional role utilizing project management skills, especially the organization and follow-through on assignments with minimal supervision, as well as performing within a collaborative environment.
