United Health Services is seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst to join our HR Shared Services department at 33 Lewis Rd in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$37.45 - $59.38 per hour, depending on experience.

Senior HR Technology Analyst / Overview

Seasoned HR technology role operating independently and the point of contact for ongoing maintenance/support and troubleshooting for several technology areas. Strong understanding and experience with Workday configuration, report writing, data loads and/or integrations. Under general direction or assignment assists in planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of HR systems. Analyzes assigned tasks and develops solutions to meet the needs through use of systems and procedures. Strong technical knowledge and skill, solid staff relations and customer service, efficient multitasking abilities, and meets deadlines. Competent to work on all phases of development independently. Works cooperatively to determine problems that need solving, identifying needs and develops or recommends potential solutions. Typically has stronger technical skills and knowledge to support areas like integration, analytics and dashboards. Provides guidance and support to other team members.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
  • Five years of relevant experience
  • Three years experience configuring and supporting Workday
  • Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
Preferred:
  • Masters Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
  • Not Applicable
Preferred:
  • Workday certification

Work Environment
  • Work is performed in an office environment which requires working in close proximity to other employees. Room is heated and air conditioned.
  • Employees are required to have reasonable access to transportation to meet work requirements made in the ordinary course of business in a timely and efficient manner.
