How You'll Contribute to the Team
As the National Revenue and Leasing Director, you will be the driving force behind our strategic sales efforts within the military housing portfolio. Your expertise will shape our revenue and leasing strategies, setting rental rates, implementing promotions, and standardizing exceptional customer service and leasing processes. Emphasizing communities with occupancy growth potential, you'll craft targeted local marketing plans to elevate our presence in the marketplace. Your insights and support will also be vital for new business development, lease-ups, and implementing compelling branding strategies for our military portfolio.
Join our remote team and help us reimagine the possibilities in the following ways:
Lead and manage national rental rate strategies and leasing initiatives at both the portfolio and property level.
Inspire and mentor the leasing team members, equipping them with effective rental rate strategies, marketing techniques, and closing strategies.
Drive targeted marketing efforts and oversee campaign implementation across different installations.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones for revenue and leasing, guiding location leaders to successful outcomes.
Stay ahead of market trends and conduct thorough research to shape our strategic direction.
Collaborate with portfolio leadership to create action plans that ensure optimal occupancy rates.
Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors while bringing fresh ideas to the table for marketing and leasing.
Role Specific Requirements
To Make a Big Impact, You Should Possess The Following
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for leadership and a track record of success in revenue and leasing. Your expertise in the property management industry, particularly with military housing communities, will be a significant asset.
10+ years of experience in revenue and leasing, with demonstrated leadership skills.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
Proven success in developing revenue, leasing, and marketing strategies at a portfolio level.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present and interpret data to influence decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
A creative mindset to explore new ways of doing things and driving innovation.
Flexibility and resilience in adapting to a changing environment.
