The Curriculum Consultant plays an integral role in achieving aggressive sales goals by developing and delivering sales presentations in competitive situations. This position support the Sales team, primarily by displaying an unmatched level of professionalism during delivery of sales presentations to district leaders, both in-person and virtually.


  • Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
  • Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $74,058 and $95,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
  • Travel: You can also expect up to 50% travel, including overnight travel throughout the United States, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.
  • Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Plan strategically with sales representatives to customize presentations and execute sales strategy.
  • Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events (50% travel requirement).
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to contribute to the collective efficacy of the team.
  • Create competitive sales presentations for our product suite.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Remain current with education trends and issues.
  • Develop proposals and deliver presentations at national education conferences, webinars and internal events.
  • Deliver highly effective in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers, displaying extensive curriculum and product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:


  • Must be able to travel throughout the country up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Outstanding command of the English language and ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and with external clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Persuasive presentation skills.
  • Current and comprehensive knowledge of our company offerings and education trends, or ability to quickly learn.
  • Demonstrated capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment that requires flexility, self-direction, strategic thinking and commitment to personal development.
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meets, Teams, etc.).
  • Expertise in all major business applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.) and ability to come up to speed quickly on new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, education, communications, or relevant field, and at least 2 years of sales-related experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
