Job Description
We are currently seeking a Channel National Accounts Manager to join our North American Commercial Sales Team. This individual has responsibility to lead and manage key accounts in North America to deliver against sales objectives while maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships and mindshare throughout Lowes US and Canada achieve strategic and tactical objectives, grow sales, market share and brand awareness
Lead product line review process and promotional submissions to expand in store offering of Fluke products. Work closely with commercial and product development teams to find opportunities within current product portfolio and influence future product roadmap.
Drive online expansion on Lowes.com to grow brand awareness, conversion rates and sales
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to develop promotional and merchandising strategies
Work cross functionally with operations, finance and accounting to expand Fluke capabilities to serve Retail distribution and resolve compliance issues with Lowes
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process for that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements associated with a productive partner relationship.
Negotiate rebate and terms changes as business relationship evolves.
Provide detailed business performance and accurate sales forecasting. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other customer functions.
Manage point-of-sale (POS) and Inventory data to spot trends and put corrective action plans in place.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives, meeting top line sales objectives and margin rate targets.
Implements and enforces company channel policy, drive adoption of company programs with distributors

Minimum 4 years in Channel Management, Vendor Management and/or major National Account Management experience
Experience with retail channel (Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Target, etc) including omni channel and digital sales
Understanding of in store merchandising and ecommerce fundamentals to improve brand exposure and drive conversion
Ability to create and implement plans to grow sales and market share
Strong problem solving, organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to balance top line revenue and bottom line margin targets to exceed goals
History of engaging with internal and external senior level decisions makers
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive a win-win situation with customers.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

National: The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is $114,200- $212,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
