Investor Relations team support all risk transfer activities, including Impact Bonds issuances and Capital Markets ESG related activities.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part in broadening existing and potential investors awareness and interest in Freddie Mac Multifamily Bonds offerings and various CRT products. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for industry conferences, investor meetings and events, as well as develop and update investor presentations
• Contribute to innovative thought leadership on Freddie Mac Multifamily capital markets offerings
• Ad hoc projects to advance the Investor Relations strategy integration
• Research and collect data of current industry developments
• Assist with managing relationships with current and new investors. Involves arranging regular update meetings/calls and responding to inquiries
• Analyze and collect fixed income capital markets information from various sources to provide insights and updates to the team
• Support the marketing efforts of our suite of securities, including our flagship K-Deal®, SB-Deal® and Multi PC programs and other credit risk transfer initiatives
• Assist in developing, implementing and managing databases and reports that directly support the Investor Relations strategy, including identifying investment trends and preparing investor profiles

Qualifications:

• Typically has 0-2 years of related work experience
• Self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail
• Willingness to travel in the United States (10%)
• Strong communications skills and the ability to write effectively
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Basic understanding of Capital Markets
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration or finance, related field, or equivalent work experience; Math or English minor being a plus

• High level of initiative and attention to detail, placing a high degree on accuracy and organization.
• Experience dealing with external vendors and service providers and coordinating their activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate ideas to senior management and external audiences
• Demonstrated experience in determining objectives, developing plans to achieve them and leading execution

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $63,000 - $95,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
