• $125,000 - $175,000 Total Compensation

What's the Job?

As our first Mortgage Operations Associate in our Dallas office, you will be using your mortgage data experience to do large-scale reconciliation. Our firm has an extensive and growing real estate portfolio, and you will be looking at our data and analyzing the terms as they are applied to real-world data. You will taking in data files, loading them, validating them, making sure the data is complete, then working with our investment team to conduct analysis.

This role sits in our Dallas office, and you should be comfortable working at our office full time when we make that transition.

What Skills Do You Need?

• You must have experience working with mortgage data.

• Very comfortable working with larger data sets (it would be great if you know SQL).
