Overview Military Personnel Specialists are responsible for providing personnel support services to military personnel and their families. They are responsible for managing personnel records, processing personnel actions, and providing advice and assistance to military personnel and their families. Detailed Job Description Military Personnel Specialists are responsible for providing personnel support services to military personnel and their families. They are responsible for managing personnel records, processing personnel actions, and providing advice and assistance to military personnel and their families. They must be knowledgeable of military regulations, policies, and procedures, and must be able to interpret and apply them. • Ability to process personnel actions
• Ability to provide advice and assistance to military personnel and their families
