Job Details:
SUMMARY:

• The Finance Manager will partner with the Business Unit team to provide critical analytical support, thought leadership, and decision support. This position is a key member of the cross functional team and will apply his/her financial and business acumen to drive profitable initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training, development, and mentoring to team members.
• Partner with the cross functional team on BU specific initiatives including pricing strategy/ actions, Trade and MAP investment effectiveness, S&OP volume forecasts, cost savings initiatives, and capital expenditure requests.
• Support BU accounting and budgeting process (monthly general ledger close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting).
• Partner with BU team to develop Strategic and Annual Operating Plan
• Complete and communicate monthly business results and forecasts; including risks and opportunities to delivering the plan.
• Work closely with BU team to develop & analyze key performance metrics to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA desired
• Strong organization skills to manage & prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• 5+ years related experience in Finance; previous CPG experience a plus
• Experience with SAP, BI, and BPC is desired
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• The capability to lead and develop a team of analysts is required
• The ability to perform in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment is critical
