Company Description
- Work effectively with internal partners including other Risk teams and Compliance, as well as multiple levels of management
- Perform reviews of new Merchants requesting access onto the Afterpay platform
- Collect and review appropriate documentation necessary to assess and mitigate risk
- Help identify process improvements and contribute to key projects and initiatives
- Utilize internal policies to inform onboarding decisions
- Analyze risks associated with different seller business models
- Self-starter; comfort dealing with ambiguity
- Strong sense of accountability for helping our team achieve its collective goals and best-serve our customers
- Efficient and strong time management skills
- Previous experience in commercial banking or card processing a plus
- 1+ years experience in credit, fraud, underwriting, finance, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team-oriented individual with a willingness to contribute new ideas, collaborate, and learn from and mentor others
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
