Job Description

Position : People Operations Specialist

Location: Atlanta GA- 30308

Duration: 07+ months with the possibility of extension


Description:

  • Entering data into Workday HRIS via individual or bulk process.
  • Coordinate across multiple partners and customers to resolve employee data issues.
  • Service employee queries involving general operations or programs (e.g., new onboarding, general benefits related questions, employment verifications tasks, etc.).
  • Conduct data audit and execute corrective actions across multiple HR systems.
  • Execute administrative HR related tasks, including, but not limited to:
  • Assisting with recurring onboarding related activities (e.g., scheduling onboarding meeting sessions, Right to Work verification, I-9 reverification, international onboarding);

Skills Required:

  • Able to interpret and apply judgment according to directions or guidance.
  • Customer service oriented: ability to demonstrate empathy when interacting with customers and/or colleagues.
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively, while paying careful attention to concerns and questions from employees and job applicants;
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office (Excel) and Google applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills with a strong aptitude for attention to detail.
  • Workday operational experience with data entry (EIB experience a plus)

Experience:

  • 2-3 years prior experience with Human Resource operations
