What You Will Be Doing
As a Merchandising Business Intelligence Solutions Analyst, you will bring your intimate knowledge of business needs to deliver solutions that collect, transform, analyze, and report data and help our business stakeholders make data-based decisions and gain a competitive advantage.
The position will be hybrid and could be based in any of our division office locations.

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with end users, subject matter experts, IT platform/data partners, other BI developers, and Data Science resources to build and automate BI solutions
• Provide detailed, ad-hoc analysis
• Run data and dashboard quality assurance throughout the design phase in collaboration with your team
• Build and test functional prototypes for BI, data discovery, and analytics solutions
• Answering stakeholder’s business questions by dissecting their data, using measurement techniques, drafting KPIs, and building reports and dashboards

The salary range is $62,700 to $81,650 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).
What We Are Searching

• 4 year degree (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and domain expertise in one or more retail functions including merchandising, operations, finance, ecommerce, and/or supply-chain preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in analytics or relevant field preferred
