Unbridled is looking for a Meeting Coordinator to provide support to Project Managers for assigned meetings and manage attendee registration. The qualified Meeting Coordinator should have excellent communication (both written and oral) and internal and external customer service skills. The individual should be self-motivated, committed, a quick learner, and a dedicated team player. Strong organizational and time management skills combined with flexibility and the ability to adjust priorities are required for success in this position. Successful candidates will have the following:


  • Detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving
  • Ability to travel to client programs and confidently represent Unbridled and our clients
  • Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • 1 - 2+ years experience in a professional office environment, hospitality industry, or event planning experience
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Comfort level and required professionalism to work directly with client contacts during all phases of the planning and execution of their meeting
  • Effective, professional business communication skills – written, spoken, and presentation
  • Proficiency and knowledge of registration software such as Cvent preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree


What you would be doing at Unbridled:
  • On-site operation
  • Program registration and housing management
  • Communicate directly with attendees (email, phone, in-person)
  • Menu and décor planning
  • Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously against strict deadlines
  • Provide outstanding client service always, even under stress
  • Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets on a regular basis
  • Dine around sourcing
  • Assist in testing and the launch of program websites utilizing registration software
  • Attendee registration
  • Collaborate with and assist Project Managers on pre-planning and logistical details
  • Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community
  • Rooming list management
  • Other vendor sourcing
  • Transportation/manifest management
  • Crosscheck and quality control of hotel rooming lists and air manifests pre-and post-event
  • Create and provide attendee reports for Account and Program Managers and clients
