- Proficiency and knowledge of registration software such as Cvent preferred but not required
- Bachelor's Degree
- On-site operation
- Program registration and housing management
- Communicate directly with attendees (email, phone, in-person)
- Menu and décor planning
- Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously against strict deadlines
- Provide outstanding client service always, even under stress
- Proofread emails, websites, and spreadsheets on a regular basis
- Dine around sourcing
- Assist in testing and the launch of program websites utilizing registration software
- Attendee registration
- Collaborate with and assist Project Managers on pre-planning and logistical details
- Embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community
- Rooming list management
- Other vendor sourcing
- Transportation/manifest management
- Crosscheck and quality control of hotel rooming lists and air manifests pre-and post-event
- Create and provide attendee reports for Account and Program Managers and clients
