Medical Graphic Communication Associate (Part-Time)

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Part-Time Remote Medical Graphic Design/Communications Associate for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc.

The Medical Communications Associate will be responsible for transforming scientific content into visually appealing PowerPoint slides. The content will consist of internal or published data, publications describing competitor data, and congress materials for the educational field needs of the Immunology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) organization.

Support slide creation for scientific data (mainly PowerPoint slide decks) as needed to support the Immunology MSL organization (rheumatology, gastroenterology and dermatology)

Create visually appealing data displays from data tables, bar graphs, and line graphs

Creatively transform bulleted slide content into professional slide displays

Proofread slide decks for formatting errors (eg, font, color, and spacing consistency).

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

1-2 years’ experience in medical communications preferred

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with outstanding skills in slide design (visual appeal, creativity, and innovative thinking)

Must have the ability to convert data table or simple graphs into appealing visual data displays

Must be detail-oriented with ability to efficiently proofread and correct formatting errors

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

Experience in Word, Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Professional is required
